Overview
Halbar Dopf is a Loratian-Paduric colonel in the Loratian Marines in Calinitia Dreaming. Dopf commands the Marine garrison and becomes a practical military node for the Vitorian resistance.
Role
At FOB Zarathor, Dopf questions Adon Halicar about Beni Teskennen, Bud Prodaja, and the destroyed Peak House. He sends Adon with the squad assigned to investigate the suspected Aksakanit lodge in the Liminal Zone.
Later, Adon tries to get Dopf’s command informed that the final target lies beneath the Bank of Achora. Dopf’s regiment is also named in broadcasts around the removal of OPS authority.
