Vitorius is a reform figure whose MI enforcement campaign increasingly collides with the Office of Perpetual Sanctification.
Role
Vitorius hears Adon’s warning about tainted amogen, Azalite ritual, and church corruption, but the OPS justiciar interrupts before they can act together. His name and Aeternum-linked sympathizers later mark the clandestine resistance inside the MIs and Marines.
During the invasion, Vitorius announces that OPS has been removed from defense coordination. He later reports that the governor has stepped down and that the CALCOM military council is acting government.
