Overview
The Office of Perpetual Sanctification, commonly OPS, is the coercive church office in Calinitia Dreaming. It operates through priestesses, enforcers, justiciars, medical facilities, realignment programs, and direct pressure on the Military Investigators.
OPS becomes the institutional face of the corrupted church order that Guinevere Hail and Adon Halicar uncover.
Role
OPS pressures MI case files, raids the Masquerade Strip, controls realignment, seizes Adon, and supervises or uses the Den of the Mother. Its agents can compel speech and obedience, and its broadcasts later claim authority over Calinitia’s armed forces.
During the Nataian invasion, Eric Vitorius announces that OPS has been removed from defense coordination. V-marked Marines then move against OPS headquarters while the church’s old command structure begins to fail.
