Overview
Linet Delacroix is a Komodo peacekeeper, special agent, and Executive Guard officer in Komodo. She begins as a cadet who quietly asks Basra Kusniqa Camden about the Dobrogost train ambush and later becomes one of Basra’s most personally loyal operators.
Role
Linet’s early service is shaped by abuse inside Komodo. During a peacekeeper initiation, she is locked in a coolant compartment without a hazard suit, made to drink engine runoff mixed with alcohol, handcuffed, and placed in an industrial dryer. Basra finds her bruised, burned, and lacerated at the wrists, with a broken tooth. Basra expels the men involved.
Linet later reappears as a deck engineer and then as a provisional special agent. Basra tests her loyalty and appoints her to lead the Executive Guard, a unit responsible for sensitive field work, information protection, and personal enforcement around Basra. Linet is one of the dragon-masked operators who retakes Unyielding’s bridge during Kimberley Ronan’s rebellion.
Her last known role is senior and covert. She escorts Elliot Tao to the hidden mesa shipyard, shows him the refitted Immolator, and assigns him to infiltrate Silver Spear patrol lines to destroy buried cobalt bombs before Amy Kwan can seize them.
