Overview
Aurorandia is the Pan-Oceanic passenger liner that carries Adon Halicar, Guinevere Hail, Timo Mitzura, and Mandi Plinkain away from Calinitia in Calinitia Dreaming. It is a gleaming white civilian ship preparing to depart while the Nataian invasion threatens the coast.
Role
Guinevere arranges passage through Hail family and Pan-Oceanic connections. Timo brings Adon’s belongings and Ba’at shrine aboard, while Mrs. Kev-Hla and Rori stay behind at the Fish House.
Adon considers leaving the ship to return to Calinitia, but a vision and Ba’at’s instruction tell him to stay. Aurorandia’s departure marks the end of the novel’s Calinitian action and the beginning of Adon and Guinevere’s uncertain exile.
