Overview
L-Base is Syndicate Deutschland’s underground East Berlin base in Scenebux. It is located in a tunnel network and styled like a buried alien ship. It is loosely based on C-base.
Layout
L-Base contains crash pads, kitchenettes, science labs, living rooms, smoke-room spaces, and mothership-themed decor. Its setting blends hacker-cell infrastructure with theatrical science-fiction styling.
Role
J.P. Makanga takes Ben Etxina and Jacaranda Rosenbaum-Josselewicz to L-Base after meeting them in Europe. Ben learns about the syndicate’s future-AI fixation there and receives the name of Cryptographic User Makerspace from the syndicate’s head of meatspace kinetics.
After leaving the syndicate van before the AI data-center attack, Ben and Jacaranda return to L-Base, pick the lock, collect their belongings, and leave.
