Overview
Syndicate Deutschland is a German hacker cell in Scenebux. The group operates from L-Base, an underground East Berlin base, and sees itself as fighting a future artificial intelligence threat.
Organization and Beliefs
J.P. Makanga brings Ben Etxina and Jacaranda Rosenbaum-Josselewicz to L-Base in a jammer-equipped van. The group includes a head of meatspace kinetics who manages practical operations and gives Ben the name of Cryptographic User Makerspace.
Syndicate Deutschland treats neoreactionaries and T4-style politics as lesser problems than the future machine god it fears. It prepares an attack on an AI data center using either an electromagnet or explosives.
Monarcha Attack
Ben and Jacaranda leave the operation before it is carried out. Later reports indicate that six Syndicate Deutschland suspects are arrested after property damage, destruction of important working equipment, and an explosion. Gabriel Findhom later describes the target as Monarcha and blames Ben for its destruction.
