Overview
Clint Prescott is a filmmaker in Current Affairs. He is from up north and is the college sweetheart and creative partner of Misha Novak. He cultivates a Depression-era vagabond look during the production of Blood Ties and appears more groomed by the time of the film’s premiere.
Clint belongs to Rebecca Sedki’s No-Fly circle and remains connected to Calvin Munn through parties, filmmaking, drugs, and the social aftermath of the old New York scene.
Biography
Clint is introduced with Misha as part of Rebecca’s birthday circle. He works on Blood Ties, a campy queer vampire horror musical whose party scene becomes the setting for Calvin’s proposal to Rebecca.
Clint later serves as one of Calvin’s groomsmen. He and Misha remain part of the No-Fly social world, including a period when they help Calvin obtain cocaine and collect money for their camera package fund.
After Walter Yeo helps finance completion of Blood Ties, Clint attends the Rockrest Theater premiere with Misha. The completed film preserves a record of Calvin and Rebecca’s engagement and of the No-Fly group before its relationships and ambitions shift.
