Overview
Netra is the Arborist mother deity in Calinitia Dreaming, paired with Turis in cathedral reliefs and church symbolism. In modern Arborist imagery, the eyes of Netra and Turis have often been blanked, a change Guinevere Hail identifies as central to Arborist prayer corruption.
Netra’s true presence is recovered through an older statue with circular pupils in the cathedral art warehouse.
Role
Guinevere prays before the old Netra statue and realizes that the true mother and father have been trapped behind a false voice. She opens herself to Netra despite the risks and becomes Netra’s instrument during Macix’s manifestation.
Through Guinevere, Netra burns Macix with golden godfire. The event begins the wider Arbordom awakening.
